Murder vs. Manslaughter
When one human being takes the life of another, it is called Homicide. This is a bad thing. There are three different classifications of Homicide: Murder, Manslaughter and Justifiable Homicide. The last one is reserved for situations where an individual killed another in self-defense or similar circumstances. Since this classification has no criminal charges to it, we will ignore it. So the underlining difference between Murder and Manslaughter is intent of the assailant. Did they want that person to die? Was it an accident? That difference of whether or not death was intended makes a huge difference when it comes to sentencing of the crime: Manslaughter will get you a minimum of 1 year, fines and probation. Murder will get you a minimum of 10 years. First degree murder will get you more than that. This is when the assailant methodically plans the steps to commit the crime, rather than in the "heat of the moment." The more you plan your attack, the bigger the consequences. Some people think that you have to be angry to commit murder. That may be a common emotion that will lead to murder, but not all murders are motivated by anger. It could be greed or other desires. But regardless, to be convicted of murder, there must be motive. Now it is time to twist this situation so that you can be convicted of being successful. Now the "time" you serve will be the "time" you will enjoy success. So, when it comes to success in your running or other facets of your life, to get convicted of the higher levels of success you need to first realize that it will not be by accident. Second, the more you plan things out on your attack, the more time you will do (and not time of your race, but time you spend in success). Having said all of that, this week's quality workout is not just one that you should to kill, but murder, preferably first degree murder! And then you can be convicted of the more extensive sentence of SUCCESS!
